Core's team focus is on constantly enhancing the unique 'fully managed Sim distribution model' that has seen the group take an industry leading position for Uk retail Sim card distribution. In delivering this vision, the Core management team operates a UK wide distribution network backed up through a dedicated IT support team, a Uk based Call Centre and logistics hub plus a network of Geographically located account managers.
Tony founded the Core Group in 2003 with a vision of delivering the Uk's industry leading retail Sim card distribution business in addition to a host of BtoC international telecoms solutions throughout Europe. Since inception the Group has expanded at a rapid rate capitalising on the significant growth in both the retail sector and ethnic telecommunications market. Tony has over twenty year's experience in the fixed and mobile telecoms industry and he has held a number of executive positions, including Board Level for O2, BTCellnet and Airwave and CEO of Dolphin Telecommunications.
Jonathan has led the Finance team since the inception of the Core Group. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC before moving to Dolphin Telecommunications, Inquam Telecom and then Centrica where he held senior finance positions. Having spent over 10 years in the telecoms industry, Jonathan's expertise assets: the support of field operations, retail and distribution channels, major change projects and infrastructure solutions.
Keith has joined Core as a Board Director primarily to lead the development of Core's distribution business. Keith brings a wealth of experience in the mobile, wireless and business services sectors having held senior commercial and business development positions at O2 prior to The Cloud where he led the successful transformation of the UK business as Managing Director, and most recently at Regus where he led the development and build out of business facilities for mobile workers at major transportation hubs in the UK.
Our team of over 50 managers are all recruited from areas they serve, ensuring they have expert local knowledge.
In addition we are able to offer a range of specific marketing services including; ethnic marketing expertise for our independent retail partners plus an in-house dedicated channel marketing team.
To support our expanding account management team our dedicated logistics centre ensures partners across all online, independent and Multi-chain Retail sectors are assured of the highest account management levels.
Our state-of-the-art 'fully managed SIM distribution model' tracks key performance indicators including stock delivery and connection rates for each individual retailer allowing us to better manage bespoke services. This sophisticated system allows shop by shop monitoring of connection rates and quality measures (ARPU/subsequent top ups) on a daily basis.
This detailed knowledge enables us, in connection with agreed retail partner KPIs, to distribute stock on a highly targeted basis. In effect we are able to guarantee performing retailer channels receive suitable levels of replenishment stock to drive revenue opportunities. It also enables us to help retailers maximise commissions by targeting specific promotions by network, market or SIM product.
Our distribution network emanates from our 50,000sq ft purpose built logistics centre. Utilising state of the art fulfilment technology, our guaranteed response time ensures our retailers get stock deliveries and marketing services support they need when they need it.
In addition to our own delivery fleet of vehicles we also have agreements with a network of UK and international carriers for bespoke distribution requirements.
